We call this the “occasion cheese.” With notes of herbed mushroom and white pear, this soft-spreading cheese pate could be used in fruit/charcuterie/cracker/wine type applications, like you might a boursin.
Ingredients: Cashews, virgin coconut oil, dried pear, apple cider/rice vinegars, white soy miso paste, mushroom powder, and nutritional yeast. Encrusting mix: Raw cashew, mixed salts, other herbs, seasonings, and spices.
