Sweet and moist, marinated in one of three succulent marinades. Classic and rich-tasting ham-like roasts. Great for holidays, roast specials, and hot service classic ham roast dinner. Cooking it is an easy two-step process. Steam or boil the roast in its casing and then bake and baste. Most people have their roast done in 60 to 90 minutes. When the internal temperature reaches 75C, it's ready to eat.
