Do you want some special frickin dinner delivered on February 12, which is just before the 14th for whatever reason that might be relevant to you?

We are making a lover’s meal for 1, 2, and 4 so you can pass on meals to and have meals with all the people you are bangin- er-loving! Or treat yourself to a slick dinner for one because you are hot and you want a sweet dinner for you, you hot hot emmereffer. Check out the beautifully laid out options here, and get ready to love your dinner!

We are always happy to deliver to others on your behalf, as long as each delivery meets the minimum $68 order and the recipient knows we are coming. :)

How To Order:
- Complete this order form.
- Order deadline is 12pm/noon on Monday, February 7th.
- Orders submitted after this will not be processed.
- Orders above $68 qualify for delivery.
- There is no minimum order to pick up from our commissary space.

How Does Payment Work:
- Invoices are sent out manually, generally within 1-7 business days of your order.
- Payment is due within 24 hours of being invoiced. If you need more time, let us know.
- Payment can be sent via e-transfer to plantbasefood@gmail.com (preferred) or by credit card via a pay link on the invoice.

Where We Deliver To:
- We deliver to Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Ladner, and Langley.
- If you live somewhere not mentioned, feel free to drop us a line at orders@plantbasefood.com. We may be able to accommodate.
**There is a small $4 delivery/fuel surcharge due to increased traffic and gas prices for deliveries outside of the city of Vancouver THAT ARE LESS THAN $100.**

How Does Delivery/Pick-up Work:
- Pick-up orders are available on February 12 from our commissary space at 1205 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver.
- Delivery will also be on February 12, from approximately 9am to 3pm.
- There will be an email sent out the evening before with further details.
- Please be mindful of our no-contact delivery.
- Our drivers will generally call/text you when they arrive to let you know when to meet them at the entrance of your building.
- Please let us know if there are any special instructions for delivery.

We have put together an awesome menu for this meal. For each meal that you are purchasing, choose one Appetizer, one Main, and one Dessert.

Meal for One: $40
Meal for Two: $75
Meal for a Four-gy: $144

Appetizer:
1. Mini Charcuterie Board - complete with crackers, assortment of novelties.
2. Spinach and Tigerzord hand pie with minced herb salad and hummus
3. Special Soup of Love, awesome garnish, crunchy topping and bread/cracker selection (GF)

Main Course:
1. Going Greek
We skewer that creamy ChickUN Cubevlaki and serve it spread out all greek style with couscous, roasted vegetables, roasted lemon dill potatoes, sun-dried tomato and olive tapenade, tabouleh, hummus, olives, dolma, and pita chips.

2. Pound It!
We pound the sh*t out of our ChickUN until it is Schnitzel and then top it- with cream of mushroom gravy, roasted vegetables, seared cabbage, potatoes, salad, and fermented pickles.

3. Nice Rack!
BBQ Plate featuring Rybs, mac and cheeze, roasted vegetables, white gravy, and slaw salad.

4. Hot Tamales! (GF)
Steamy vegan Tamales Rajas, roasted vegetables, pico de gallo, avocado, tortillas, and slaw salad.

Dessert:
1. Cream Pie: A layered fresh glazed fruit and whip creem Victorian sponge.
2. Cherry on Top: GF cherry chocolate parfait.
